try tj maxx or peebles (i think thats the name of it) or sometimes max 10 has good stuff but you have to ba careful and watch out for strings and such. debs is fairly cheap and so is forever 21 you dont need to look ofr cheap stores just look for SALES alot of times you can find really cute stuff on a clearence rack just remember to try on all your clothes on before you buy them if you are shopping for cheap most the time they are cheap for a reason

it just depends where you live.. you can get good clothes sometimes at thrift stores....but i found this store in missouri it is called steve and barrys and it has real cool clothes and they are not high at all.. and i live on a budget...also them shops like next to new, they have real good clothes in them and in style and all i guess it is something that people could not wear anymore....just shop around where you live they should have something like they have here...

A thrift shop. You can find great things at thrift shops. For a low price.

Dont buy cheap clothes...its shows.
plus they fall apart, try going to a consignment store where they sell nice brands.
I got my kid Gap clothes for ultra cheap once at a consignment store.

i would totally try wet seal
its cheap but good stuff
i love that store
i swear by it
also target is good to and ross
but wet seal is the best they have alot of stuff and really good prices
