As regard to the current Iraq war or Afghanistan war, only around no more than 15% of the world population really help fight the war because most countries in the world are reluctant to help USA, especially during this war.

Korea twice, though technically still at war, but under a truce. A few years ago that came out with the Korean War Service Medal. =1999 You will only be issued one and no oak leaf for more than 1 tour

Assuming you mean the Afghanistan and Iraq wars - just about all Americans. Like Rosie the Riveter, we are productive and create the ability of our nation to expend resources to fight a war.

Media people help Americans understand the need to defend our interests and our allies against particular enemies, so those loyal to America do their part.

Soldiers do the riskiest jobs, of course.

Leftists, meanwhile, work to help the enemy by trying to demoralize Americans into giving up. You can subtract them from the total. They try to get people dependent on welfare, making them non-productive, which subtracts more.

So, essentially, you should count all productive (gainfully employed) Americans who do their part to ensure we maintain high morale and succeed in our objectives, whether in the military or not.
