In all honesty? The human condition stops peace. Noone REALLY wants a thiving democracy in peace. Theres no excitment no conflict. It leads to a totaly unhuman, boreing existance. Conflict is what drives us. Disagreement is what makes us human. No 2 people think exactly the same. Or maybe its just me. I'd have to disagree with you. Not everyone wants peace. Not everyone wants deocracy. I'd presonally be happy with a totaly free society. I want a government that doesnt interfer in my life. America is becomeing facist, nazi like. The American government wants to know as much as it can about you, the average citizen. That isnt exactly democratic to start with. Thomas Jefferson said "The government that governs 'east governs best." That I would agree with.

No I don't believe that! There are many in the Bush administration that want corporations to rule the world!
I want the Constitution back from Bush!! And we are not a democracy, we are a Representative Republic!!

Ideally, what you say would be true. But there are some corrupt people in this country who will stop at nothing to attain more power. Often this means destruction of what little peace (not to mention freedom) we do have. Do you know what I want? A peaceful anarchy.

Not everyone- there are people who like confrontation and don't want peace. But generally speaking, yeah. That's what we all want.
