I'm 19 and to tell that I love it would be an overstatement. Ther's so much pressure from all around! But still, it's better to be young, isn't it? I do like the youthful blood fllowing around in my veins. Have you seen the movie 'Death Becomes Her'? I liked a particular dialogue in it which said "This life is very cruel. It makes us taste of the vitality of youth and then snatches it away from us." I don't know why you asked this question, but my friendly advice to you is that, if you are 18 and you aren't being able to love it, then at least like it. For it won't return any more.
