How do you upload .jar files (java games) on to the Sony s710a? I am working with a blue tooth adapter?

I only have a IVT Bluesoliel software and adapter. I try to upload games onto the 'others' folder however you can only send files in this folder. How can I send it to my phone so that it goes into the games directory. Thanks
