if u are a girl when u friend calls u, u say stupid and then put it down if she meets u pretend to almost kiss her and then when coming nearer slap her and then tell her

If you aren't a lesbian, then you have every right not to kiss her. Also, if you are not attracted to her. If she tries to kiss you, just tell her no as kindly as you can. Also, you can talk to her in advance about some cute guy you have a crush on (if you do). Tell her that you value her friendship, but just as a friend.
It's unfortunate that the English language has only one word for "love". Greek has three. "Eros" is romantic love, or sexual attraction or infatuation. "Philios" is brotherly love or friendship. And "agape" (ah - gah -peh) is self-sacrificing love. Your friend may have "eros" for you, while you have "philios" for her. Both of these are partly emotions. "Agape" is a decision to put the well being of the person you love ahead of your own, even if it is costly. A mother's love for her child is often an example of "agape".

Ask her! If she says yes politley let her know that you love her as a friend but thats it. If she did try to kiss you all you would have to do is turn your head and back up and explain the same thing to her. I'm sure she'll understand and it won't hurt your friendship as long as your respectful of her feelings while your talking to her about it.

If she approaches you, just tell her no. And don't be freaky about it or mean. Just say you're not interested. Just like you would with a guy.
