According to your blood type, dairy products apparently slow down your metabolism and has a hard time breaking it down. Unless you don't have a problem with weight, that is. My wife had a special diet drawn out according to her blood type by a naturalist. It wasn't hard either, just certain foods that was hindering her metabolism. It's not quackery, my wife weighed 250 lbs. and is now 135 and remains constant. Can't gain weight even if she tried. Only certain foods hindered her; dairy, eggs, wheat products, gluten, certain kinds of fruits and vegetables. Believe what you will. MD's have made more money by killing us than any other profession. Weren't they the same ones that told us years ago to stuff ourselves with carbohydrates and avoid fats for a healthy life by putting them at the top and bottom of the food pyramid then found out that it was the carbs that was killing us and that certain fats are highly beneficial for our system? Do your research first before you believe the very same quacks on this page answering your question. Unless you're being suckered out of your money then I suggest you go to a real naturalist. It was the cheapest thing my wife ever paid for concerning her health.

I think you should take that statement made to you and decide not to frequent medicinal herbalists anymore as they dont know anything. O+ blood is the most common blood type and if there was a problem with drinking milk I think it would be well known as 40% of this country would have suffered whatever side effects occur from it. Read a science book sometime... if more people did "homologists" would actually have to work for a living.

I have been on the blood type diet for 8 yrs now . I weighed 285 when I first started. I now weigh 145 . In following this plan I have made it a way of life for me. It worked for me , I have not had a major illness in this time I have more energy and feel wonderful. I do know that when I eat foods that are not recommended I do have side effects, in various ways. To me it is a Blessing,

I read a book on blood types and diets. It said the the only people who do well on dairy products after they are adults are the type B people. Supposedly they are descended from herders. People who herded cows or sheep or reindeer and adapted to a diet based on milk. We type O people are the most primitive. We descended from hunters and gatherers who hadn't yet domesticated animals. That's how the story goes anyway. Of course diets are general and people are individuals. And what works for other Type Os might not apply to you. You might try cutting milk out of your diet for while and seeing if you feel better.

What on earth is a homologist? Sounds like a lot of new age crapola.
Milk has nothing to do with your blood type. This voodoo practitioner is depending on you to be suckered into believing all the bunk they throw at you.
You have shown great intelligence by questioning the bunk.

Because she isn't medically qualified and hasn't got a clue what she is talking about.

It's absolutely fine for you to drink milk.

And this isn’t the only BS “medical advice” you will get from her. Stop wasting your money on aromatherapy, magnet bracelets, homeopathic potions and fortune tellers.
