Clothing must be white or predominantly white. Logos need to be small and inconspicuous. Clothing also can't be too revealing. Skirts and shorts should be longer, so underwear isn't seen a huge amount of the time. Shirts need to have higher necklines, also.
That goes for any member of the club, too, not just the pros. Practice clothing is also all-white. I think Kournikova was actually kicked out of her practice for wearing black shorts.

Yes, The All England Club requires players to wear "almost entirely white" clothing during matches.

They have tried to enforce white tops and white shorts for men, not 100% correct about women, I think it is white dress or white top and respectable white shorts.
