You need to talk to your bank or card company first, if you never even used aol how did they get your credit card number?

There are several issues happening here the 1st one being the charges on your credit card, but the big one is how did they get your number. If you never gave it to them it might be a very good idea to seek legal advice yesterday (eg NOW).

I went through this sort of thing a few years back with a company that did business online and I got in touch with them first then I got in touch with my bank, in the end I got my money back and it onl took 2 weeks, I also managed to get my credit card banned from being used by the online billing service, which by th way is not always the same company you are doing business with ( that is the company which in your case is AOL uses an online billing company that bills your credit card)

Good luck with this problem, personally I wouldn't be wasting any time at all with this because the longer you let it happen the harder it is going to be to fix, and if you leave it to long you are going to get another charge from AOL at the end of the month.

Make sure it was not in the deal that you ordered your computer with. It might have been the deal that e-machine has made with aol. Then they have no right to charge you if you don't want it. Go thorough your credit card company, they should be able to help you.

Good Luck

Contest the charges with your credit card company, then have a block put on AOL so that they cannot charge you again.
