It gets dark around 9 in august and around 7 in october ....

The sun sets at between 9 and 9:30 in August (we have a long twilight during the summer months) and in October it's between 6:30 and 7 p.m.

usually the sun rises at 6 am and sets around 8am. canada is the land of eternal darkness. the sun only comes out 3 days a year. this coupled with the 364 days of rain a year make canada a very undesirable place to reside
