no, they aren't pimples. I had that same worry about a year ago. usually, it's just ingrown arm hairs. All you need to do (lord, don't try to shave them - that's not a good call - trust me... from experience.) is try to be a little more dilligent about washing that area on your arms. We clog the pores (again, not like zits) blocking the growth of the hair when we set our arms on tables/railings/ect all day and pick up dirt. Also, using a good lotion will help. I'd reccomend bath and body works.

It could be a sensitive skin rash, from your clothes, sheets, possibly hard water. Is it hereditary, does anyone in your family or more than one person in the fam,get these? I knew someone who had them, from tanning, and used a body acne wash, and aloe-vera,and tea tree oils. But those bumps can be a number of things, you should see your doctor,or dermatologist,so you know exactly what your dealing with.

the 'arm bumps' rise the hair on your arms, and legs. It was used as a protection, and a heat compacter when we had much more hair in prehistoric times, now it still happens. you can't get rid of them stop stressing
