THe nintendo Wii will allow you to play both Gamecube game and it's games. It will also let you download past games from past generation consoles. it will go as far back as the nintendo NES to today. THe wii will also alloww you to play against other people with it's Wi-Fi connection. wii will also bring a new control that reviewer are calling the num-chuck stick 'cause it's like a num-chuck.With that they say you can acctually live the feeling of the person in the game. Like in the twilight princess, when the hero Link swings his sword, your movment when you have the num-chuck it will count as move to the character. so think about other games that you can do with it liek Baseball, fishinging, sword fighting, and even driving. and even if you don't liketo play with that control, you can switch to your Gamecube control instead. so basicly you can chose ho easy you want it to be or how much more exciting you want it. The Wii has a built in Memory but it also has Memory card slots for for you Gamecube and I also think for your Wii.
THe size of the wii is about the size of three DVD cases and it comes in different colors.
I know that there will be five or six launch titles that are coming. If you need to know more go to the site of the place where your going to buy it and it might give you some more onfo and pictures too. oh and also try Gamepro to give you reviews adn more releasedate about the wii.

I don't know much, but if you go to youtube.com and type in Wii in the search box you can watch videos about the Wii. It will come out sometime in 2006. The controllers are awesome eventhough they look like TV remotes, but if you were to play a tennis game you have to hold the controller like a tennis racket and swing the controller like you were actually playing tennis rather that push a button like other controlers. I was thinking of buying a PS3 but when I saw what the controller looked like for the Wii I decided that I will buy the Wii instead of the PS3. I heard that the Wii will be the last Nintendo system that they will make, I have bought all Nintendo systems since the Nintendo 64 other than the Nintendo DS I bought a PSP instead, I have supported Nintendo and I will support them again, because the price is alot cheaper than the PS3. GOOG LUCK:)

there is a wireless motion sensor controller that is super awsome.
It comes out in the fall quarter.
it will be 250 or less. It will be able to play gamecube games and you use gamcube controllers for them.
there will be a virtual console where you can download games from the nes snes n64 and a few other old systems for about 5-10 dollars. There is a online service that might be free but im not sure. they also say no game will be more than 50 dollars.
