The factors that affect the work of employees are based on the Malsows Heirarchy of Needs...

Once the basic needs are met than the higher needs are what motivates employees to do work....

Sure... some are:
1. the place: employees need a nice place 2 work, with good light, clean, fresh
2. the laboral weather: people need 2 have a good relationship at work, between employees and directors....
3. fair pay, benefits, not working extra time, vacations...
4. communication
