If was applying for a job in Las Vegas and i know the proces. What kind of I supposed to get? some advice me to get Tourist visa..but how about working visa? Please help me.

u jus cant apply for a toursist visa as u r not entitled to work wid it..its against law...if u get an H1 visa thts a work permit then u can work in the US...btw which country r u from....u r supposed to show ur offer letter to the US embassy in ur country n then they will decide

From what I know, to get a working visa, a company must sponsor you...

You don't need one. The corrupt stinking politicians don't enforce immigration laws.
