You CAN wear your swastika shirt out in public. There is no law preventing you from doing so. Therefore, there is no infringement on your freedom of expression.

You are saying that you have pride in being a full-blooded German, but the swastika is not a symbol of Germany, it is a symbol of Germany's Third Reich. If you want to boast your German heritage, wear a shirt with the German flag on it. If, on the other hand, you want to politically align yourself with the defunct Third Reich, your swastika will do that for you.

The Third Reich is long gone, having been defeated in World War II. As you may or may not know. You also may or may not know that the swastika is now a symbol of hatred, since the Third Reich exterminated Jewish people, gay people, gypsies, and some other groups. If by wearing a swastika you are supporting mass murder of these groups, then you've got the right symbol.

Never mind that you are advertising your ignorance, bigotry, hatred, and violence.... But the swastika is your symbol if you are politically aligned with the (smashed-into-the-dust and defeated) Third Reich of western Germany.

All that said, expect to be harassed. People aren't too keen on mass murder, so you can't really be surprised when some folks take offense to your blatant support of it.

But know all the while that personal harassment is not a denial of your personal freedom. Harassment is between individuals, and formal oppression is between individuals and governments.

It is within your rights to sue people who harass you, if you are so inclined. I, for one, would be most interested in any court's official decision on such a case. Maybe you could be a trailblazer.

I hope that this verifiable information clears up your confusion about definitions, rights, governments, and countries.

If you are wearing the swastika because you are full of hatred and support genocide, may God have mercy on your soul.

It is a free country meaning that it's not against the law to wear such things. You can wear it all you want, that's your freedom.

The context of the swastika is different than the 'black pride' shirt (for example).
Although overly simplified, my opinion is this:
There was no reason for white people to dislike black people (or jews, latino-native americans, whatever). These people did not provoke white people to hate - for example, Africans did not come to the Americas to kill or harm white people. However, white people (some) came to hate them and terrorize othersjust because they exist. On the other hand, there is a historical reason for many to dislike white people (although I don't condone hate of any kind). "White pride" symbolizes that dislike of others that is unfounded, while "black pride" symbolizes an entitlement and pride that was taken away for a period of time. Also, even though not completely logical, it represented a dislike of white people based on historical injustices.

One other point -
I don't think people would have much of a problem with you wearing a "German pride" shirt.
We say "Black pride" because most black people in the US have no clue as to which part(s) of Africa their people are from. I would love to say "Nigerian pride" or "Angolan pride", but I have to settle for "black pride". However, if you know you are from Germany, why wear a "white pride" shirt or a swastika? Swastikas are not originally German (look it up).

I think it's because you really don't care about this issue really, you'd like to be openly racist in public and that's not socially acceptable. Well, I can't help you there.

Don't hate others, just trust me... it's not worth it.

Swastikas have nothing to do with pride in being a full blooded German. That's the REAL bullsh*t!

There is nothing wrong with being proud of being a full blooded German. However, I think you will find that majority of full blooded Germans do not share your opinion that the swastika best represents Germany as they know and love it - rather, the opposite.

A country of freedom means that it's citizens also have the freedom to pass comment on behaviour that they find socially obnoxious.

Duh!

THE SWASTIKA THAT YOU ARE SO FREAKING PROUD OF IS THE SYMBOL OF THE HATRED THE GERMANS OF THE THIRD RIECH HAD FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD. THEY THOUGHT ANYONE WHO WASN'T TUTONIC(BLOND HAIR BLUE EYES) WAS INFERIOR. THEY FOUND DIFFERNTLY IN THE 1938 OLYMPICS, WHEN JESSE OWENS AN AMERICAN BLACK MAN WHOOPED UP ON THE GERMANS.
YES YOU CAN WEAR YOUR SHIRT WITH THE SWASTICKA ON IT, BUT JUST LIKE IF I WORE A T-SHIRT WITH THE WORDS I HATE ******* ON IT I WOULD GET MY BUTT KICKED ALL OVER THE PLACE. I AM AFTER ALL A WHITE IRISH-INDIAN GUY. JUST LIKE YELLING FIRE IN A CROWDED THEATER. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL, BUT YOU CAN BE JAILED FOR CAUSEING A MASS PANIC LIKE THAT. THE GOOD OF THE WHOLE OUT WEIGHS YOUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS SOMETIMES.

You absolutely have a right to wear your swastika shirt in public... and the public absolutely has the right to criticize you for it.

It is a free country, a limited freedom you enjoy. You can express anything you want as long as you don't offend other people.

Because it is not a free country.
