For your strengths, make sure you point out your positive attributes that are related to your job performance. Leave out any personal strengths or anecdotes. If you were rewarded for anything at your last job, make sure to mention that.
For the weakness question try to answer it honestly in a way that makes you look positive. Try to come up with a problem or difficulty you had at work a long time ago - the farther back, the better. Explain how that one minor flaw affected your performance in a way that enabled you to correct the problem and learn from it. This will show your employer how you have learned from a mistake.
"The classic 'weakness' answers are those where the weakness is a strength in disguise," said Jenn Schraut, Human Resources and Compensation Associate at Salary.com. "But avoid the blatant, overused ones, like, 'My problem is, I work too hard'," she said.
With the weakness question, you'd better be prepared. If you think of something on the spot, your example might have flaws you don't have time to think about.

I always list my weaknesses first(improper training or lack thereof, any lack of experience) and follow it up with my strengths (so the interviewer remembers my strengths because they were the last things they heard. They are usually writing things down and if they are trying to write your weaknesses down and you start listing your strengths, they will usually try to do both, and then give up and hear your strengths and just write them down instead because they cant keep up. also, never say anything that would make them think that you are not the one for the job. (IE: you are applying for an office job and are not a super fast typer, don't say "I cant type fast" try saying as a strength, " I am constantly trying to get faster and more accurate at typing"

For strengths I would say that I am a people person. I enjoy working with people and that it satisfys me to make people happy. For weaknesses I would say that I am a perfectionist. If asked why this is a weakness I would say that I am just not fully satisfied until a job is done right.

Only you know the answers to those questions in relation to the job you're applying for. Make some time to think about those questions before your interview so you aren't sitting with a blank look on your face trying to come up with something that sounds good.

Hi,
I think the safest answer would be:
Strengths:
Go getter, Proactive, enterprising, possess excellent communication skills, team worker etc ( choose 3 from these and be READY to justify these with EXAMPLES from your work ex!!)
Weaknesses:
perfectionist ( that's a weakness sometimes), tend to be impatient with Non performers, try to do many things at once, etc...
The trick here is to be ABLE to JUSTIFY these with real life examples if the need be- that only you can do!
Best of luck!!
