i heard about it on fox sports detroit tonight. that would be better than having ed belfour.

he is past his prime. he always gets injured. he is as much as a liabilty as belfour.

Yes, apparently Belfour isn't old and injured enough so they're bringing in Hasek.

Honey, Hasek is a very old athlete. I LOVE him; I'm a Sabres fan and was treated to watching him in his prime, but I think he's 42 or 43 years old, and Belfour is probably a better deal because he will most likely play a lot longer than Hasek and because of that will probably also take a little less money a year then Hasek would.

Bad back or bad groin, which shall it be? I don't think having Hasek is a better option than Belfour. We don't need either one they are both too injury prone. And that guy that answered and said why would Hasek want to come back after the way he was treated the last time--excuse me--he won the Cup and retired, how is that being treated bad?
