Either extend beams from the first floor, and then surface them so as to hide the beams, or suspend the porch from an anchor at the top of the second floor. Either way you have stresses to think about, to decide how much of a suspended porch your house will safely hold.

If you mean non cantilever?? Then you would have to suspend it encored to the top of the 2nd floor.

Depends on how deep it is. You will probably need really big LVL Beams.
