Around 194 million people in the U.S. have internet access (that is around 67 % of the population) and a lot more own a PC.

Of the about 300 million people, I'd guess that about 60% own computers, and about 60% of those people have internet access.

But I'd bet that above 75% of the USpopulation has access to the internet somewhere, somehow.
