Do you give tip to Pizza Delivery guys if the pizza company is charging delivery charges. How much you give for a pizza worth $20.00 including 1.50 delivery and tax.

The delivery charge goes to the delivery person. Most companies started this to make up for morons that don't tip at all. On a $20 order, 15% would be $3. I usually tip 20% ($4) for delivery, minus the delivery charge, or $2.50. Since I don't think I've ever done change with a delivery guy, that becomes $3.

$1-$2. If the delivery person looks familar, then I'll tip $3-$4. If I order more than 2 pizzas, I tip $5.
Now that I have a Presto Pizzaz, I make my own & save money.

I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE TIP even with all the details you've mentioned in your Q because delivery guys are working hard and they are risking their lives out on the road. Most of them are working students and giving a tip to them will somehow motivate them to work harder. A tip of $1 will do.

If I pay for delivery, I give a buck per pizza.
If I don't, I usually give $3 for one, and $5 for 2 or more.

Yes, I always tip, and my food gets to my house fast, and when I show up in person for a slice I usually get skipped in line. All you gotta do is tip a couple of bucks.

if the pizza dude is on time, and workin for little to nothing, for a company that cares only for themselves...
