i work around a lot of ppl and with all those personalities it can be very interesting,i think i enjoy training the most because it makes others jobs easier and they feel purposeful after someone has taken time to show them what needs to be done. that is the feedback I've gotten. i do find satisfaction in mastering or finishing a project.
