Okay so it's like this, if a guy said "you're tooooo much" and is laughing as he's saying it is that a bad thing? What does it even mean? Too much what?

Sounds like he just meant your really funny..did u have this guy laughing so hard he was crying or something?
I don't think its a bad thing,he probably just thinks your a trip...to be around!!!
