First, make sure you're practicing good dental hygeine. If you're like me (and I sincerely did have this problem) When I got my braces off in the ninth grade, they were stained terribly because they were so hard to brush with the traintracks on... Basically, my dentist told me to try crest white strips... but they were pretty expensive. A friend told me to try to use hydrogen peroxide (as that's the main ingredient in the strips) a few times a week. Don't overdo it, or it'll weaken your teeth. Maybe every other day max. just brush your teeth with it like you would toothpaste. Give it a second before you spit it out to kind of sit and don't eat anything for about 15 mins after you do it. In a few weeks, you'll notice a difference. It doesn't hurt to swallow it, but I wouldn't reccomend chugging a bottle or anything. It's really cheap and can be found at any grocery store. Also, try a whitening toothpaste. Good luck with those pearly whites!

I've used crest white strips before, and personally, I didn't find that they worked on me, but it seemed to help my brother well.I hear that using crest white strips premium is a faster way, but also more expensive.
