No. Do not join a gang no matter what.
Love comes from family and real friends. Not gangs.
Seek out a nearby youth consuelling centre and express your problems. They will help you. Also, you can join a local community centre with good clean youth activities and join a activity club.

No, you shouldn't join in and yes..you can stay away. These are choices you will personally make. Don't be blaming anything around you. I doubt very much you are the only person in the community who doesn't want to associate with gangs. Choose your friends carefully and don't be so weak you give into peer pressure. Gang members aren't your peers unless you make them that way.

Gangs can be very dangerous and they can end up killing u and even ur family...
If there's a lot of gangs aroung u, try to stay away from them and try to hang out with a group of friends who aren't into gangs neither...
Try to make a difference, you can try to create groups against gangs and try to orientate some little kids in ur neighborhood
If u help ur community, It would be a better place tomorrow

yes you should join, if you need to be in a gang you must have very low self-esteem to ask that.while your at it why not start turning tricks, your mom can give you some pointers on that.

No. That saying...you shouldn't follow it all the time. Maybe you should move somewhere else if you're old enough. Don't join them, you could become a terriorst or something =P. It's very bad.
