it could need surgery for repair work....cleft plate or palate.
they might not want to show baby until after surgery.

probably they are just hiding their baby to get atention of the tabloids, or maybe they never had a baby and all was a plan made by tom and kat.

I kind of admire them for keeping their child out of the spotlight. I think it's sad when people use their kids as means of getting on the front page news, it's nice for once that a famous couple isn't whoring their baby out for money.
Either that, or they just haven't gotten enough money offers to show the kid's picture.

probably not. there's no reason for them to hide her since nobody seems to be interested in seeing tom's baby. what can i say, tom and katie are both weird.
