When choosing green peppers at the supermarket, should I go for the larger ones or the smaller ones?

It depends. There are different types of green peppers. Some are sweeter, some are more hot, some are regular. Choose what you need for your recipe. For the particular size, I prefer younger ones (u can say smaller) because they have more aroma and taste much better too (to my opinon).

They are both the same.EXCEPT if they are smaller then they are stronger. BUT chose the size according to the recipe.
