I would use T-mobile, great coverage, great coustomer care, great serive. If you are buying a new contract, you could get the Samsung T809. I have that phone and its insanely awesome. Good battery life, and great signal. Works great.

if u are in india then try out nokia 1100, 1108, 2100, 1110, 1600
