Look, I just graduated highschool... Take this constructively. No one likes a slutty freshman. There are slutty girls there that are a lot more developed than you are so don't go for that kind of stuff. You're only going to attract trouble. If you really wanna wow a guy, go for something classy but still a little sexy, Not a tube top, but maybe a long, strapless top. Halters are cute too, but be conservative. No one wants to see that on a little girl. And that's what people will think when they see you. "Just another little freshman trying to get attention." It's not going to help you at all. Just be clute and classy. Accent your natural beauty. That'll make you look older than you really are.

Slutty may not be the appropriate attire, but I have a few suggestions:
- if casual dance, jeans and a cute shirt (something sleeveless or with small straps, if small chested) with cute wedges is trendy and cute
- if a little formal, try a cute skirt (one of those bubble skirts maybe) with a form-fitting shirt
Overall, jeans and a cute top are a great choice. Try stores like Forever 21 and WetSeal for cheap, trendy options. And, when she says she wants to look slutty, she probably means trendy. Slutty is not a good look, whether you're 13 or 31.

hey, whatever, but remebre, dress code...
super low rise jeans,dark wash, wear a brown belt and a beltbuckle that you like will make them look 'hot'
wear black flipflops or a stappy heel, then paint your toes ( and you're nails) a BRIGHT red. get a v-neck lacy top in a red, pink, or black ( they have great ones at hollister) and get a tight size for you're body, and wear a cropped dark jean jacket. 60'' chains wrapped around like a chocker once will look good. a few well complementing bracelets and earings are good. you can also get jewlry and great vitage tees that say stuff like 'i'll rock your world!' @ khols. for your makeup, in most tredy zines, you'll find "somkey eyes" technique. use that, and pair it with some shiny red lipsick. curl your hair, (get it a little layered with will help!) and make sure some curly get in the way of one eye, to seem 'interesting'. Practice your, um, body language, voice, and the way you will express your emtions in different sitchuations.
if you do all this in a certain way, you'll look slutty, and be in dress code, so the teaches can't nail you for anything! Also, people shouldn't be super afraid to hang with you if you dress like this...if they are, well, tone it down a bit...hope this helps.
if all else fails. too small black mini, one that shows something... red tank, black bra, belly showing, red heels, makeup like so, and keep your hair down! at all times...

and the older boys will take advantige of it
she should wear some clothes that cover
but only a little show
remember less is more

Dress like a slut.....Get treated like a slut. And keep in mind...just because youre lookin to raise eye brows of guys your age....every other male even old men will be looking at you too. And females will disrespect you too. Dress for yourself. Not others, and be careful...and have some self esteem and class that is more attractive to guys....At least the guys who arent looking for just a screw.

I really don't think slutty is the best way to start off high school.Go to cute stores that are age appropriate.Hollister,American Eagle,Aeropostale,Pacsun,Wet Seal(etc.)They have clothes that will make you stand out but will be good for your age.
