No, I say Memphis. Even though they lost DeAngelo Williams, they had many starters hurt and they were playing on their 4th string QB. They had no passing offense whatsoever, and had to make do with rushing. Now they have a new QB named Martin Hankins who threw for over 5,000 yards in his first two years at the college he transferred from. No one thinks Memphis will be any good this year since Williams went pro, but I think they will surprise people.

UTEP will prevail because a school like Memphis cannot replace a player like DeAngelo Williams without suffering on offense.
