Your question is so open eneded that he posibilities on this are endless, but are you talking about John Ratzenberger? He was Cliff Claven on Cheers, but has also done voices in the following movies:
Toy Story - Hamm (the piggy bank)
Incredibles - Underminer
Finding Nemo - Fish School
Monsters Inc - The Abominable Snowman
He was also just in Cars but IMDB does name his character. While the credits were rolling, they did a bit of a tribute to him showing off all of the animated roles he did for Pixar. Besides the animated roles, he has done numerous TV and movie roles, Cliff Claven being the most famous.
