you need a Wi fI connection, a Samsung L2E3 card and a Nokia Plus MAx remax card. Solder the Wi Fi to the L2E3 card and place into a battery in the cigarette lighter

It should be under "Settings" And then "Connections" And then "Bluetooth" and then "Setup" should be turned to "On" and hopfully it will work for you from there.
