Why does the liberal media wage war with America, when clearly the people who are truly evil, such as N Korea,

China, Islamic fundamentalists and the likes are practically made into martyrs. Who's side are these people on?

By the way no I'm not God trying to say who is evil, I'm not even religious. But when I see the way these governments treat their people I thank my lucky stars that I was born an American.

oh yeah, I'm not a republican either, I can see things more clearly right from the middle.

Dewdropinn,....... Have you any idea the living conditions in that country? Babies are starving to death, people are torchered beyond imagination for trying to leave, and I'm not talking about keeping people awake to get info....... brutality at it's worst, raping women, and taking children from their parents to be put into army camps is as close to evil as I've ever seen.

What do you mean when you say that the media is waging war with America? I don't understand why you believe reporting the truth is considered a liberal trait. It is the duty of the press to report the truth to us about issues and happenings in this country and abroad. I think many people are losing track of the difference between "truth" and "opinion." They are very different things and not interchangeable. For example, it may be your opinion that N. Korea is evil, but it is a fact that the country is run by a dictator named Kim Jong Il, who carried out test fires of intercontinental missiles on July 4, 2006. Can you see how one is rather inflammatory and the other is rather straight forward and unbiased?

The media is supposed to be on the side of truth. A free and independent press is an inalienable right in this and many other countries. If you want to be spoon fed opinions, then look at the editorial/opinion section of newspapers, listen to pundits on the radio or watch them on TV, but the press is about investigating issues, people and policies seeking the truth. Can you believe everything you hear? Of course not, but that is where the brain of an informed person comes in handy.

To clarify, it is Leftist media, not liberal media, doing this. FOX is a good example of liberal media - that allows all sides to be represented.

Leftists are mad as hell that their Leftist (Socialist) strongman in the Middle East, Saddam Hussein, has been taken out of power. They screamed 'Vietnam' as their rallying cry to do to America what they did during the Vietnam war, which was work with all their might to demoralize Americans with the intent of giving the enemy victory.

Leftists are ideological ENEMIES OF AMERICA and only use America's wealth to further their agendas here and abroad. They are rather like a cuckoo's egg in our nest.

In answer to your question - Leftists despise the freedoms protected by America's Constitution, despise Capitalism's success, despise anyone they cannot control, so they attack and undermine America to achieve progressive domination over its people.

First and foremost you must remember the media are not all liberal. But, in any case you must also realize that their job is to get you excited about watching their stories. Most only try and scare you into watching or reading their stories.

The best way to scare some is to tell them we are going to war.

Secondly the US liberals are very much interested in reviving the good-old-days of the Viet-nam era anti-war movement. They wish to revive all the old anti-establishment spirit. If they attack anything they feel is against their "progressive" ideals, then they lobby against it.

Also you should know that in most of those countries its' not the people who are evil, it's the government that has turned them against us.

Guess what NEWS FLASH, its Mr Conservative George Bush who has done nothing to these very enemies. He's doing business with Islamic fundamentalists. He wanted to hand over our port security to Islamic country's who have ties to terrorism. His family and the Bin Ladens have connections.

As for China we still have the biggest trade imbalance we have ever had with any other country's.

N. Korea who he named Axis Of Evil is still not seeing sanctions. In fact Bush always wusses out when our country's start negotiating with one another.
