I would say that it depends on how long ago you were at the previous location(s) and where it was. If it wasn't very long ago, you can look for old mail (bills, letters, etc.) that might have your address or try to find other kinds of paperwork with that information, like tax forms such as a W-2 from your employer (if from the USA). Another good way is to ask your friends to look it up in their address books if they have known you a long time, since they would most likely have noted your various addresses over the years.
