How long will it take before I can safely get them repierced.

I am not going to pierce them myself, because I had a pediatrition to look at them and she said they were slightly infected, so it would hurt a ton. What I want to know is when I can repierce them professionally.

you can go ahead and repierce them now....if they haven't completely closed then you may be albe to do it yourself. just stick the earing in and push it through.......it may hurt a little and you may bleed a little, but just follow the same after care instructions as before and make sure you keep earrings in for a few months

A normal wound takes 7-10 days.

you can re pierce them now or just if you want to use that hole just run a stud through it. if it hurts to much use a piece of ice one the front and back of the ear till it is numb and run a clean Stael needle through it.
