I've got some kind of abdominable hernia, and my belly button sticks out really far. It could like kill somebody. I have to have surgery to repair it.

I assume you are female and you are right it could kill you. If you have not seen a doctor yet, then TODAY would be a good time for it. Plan on having surgery very soon.
