The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore as well. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* The Copywriter's Handbook: A Step-by-Step Guide to Writing Copy That Sells by Robert W. Bly

copy writing is the business of writing copy.

in other words writing articles on particular topics, or writing the words for advertising, or instruction sheets on products etc.

freelance means you are writing on a freelance basis or in other words you are not hired by a company, you are working for yourself and you write the items either by request of the company needing them or you write them hoping someone will eventually buy them from you.

to find out more about copy writing it would be a good idea to do a lot of research on the Internet about it.

Do you mean freelance copy writing? If so, I would suggest you not try to enter that field. Your writing skills just aren't good enough.
