I knew a man that got picked up for a violation of driving with no license plate and when he went to court he used the excuse that it was his constitutional right to move around freely, as in freedom , and this broke his constitutional rights. We have freedom but also laws to control that freedom. To your question , I like my avatar , I like me , my avatar can be changed with the click of a mouse to match my mood that day . I like a fantasy as life has not muck to offer since Bush took office so I will stay home on the computer cause my Internet bill is far cheaper than gas to drive into town. Yes, as your blog says you are good looking , and the piano picture kinda resembles Liberace, so all you need now is the furs and the rings and you will be laughing all the way to the bank! Me no smoke um peace pipe so I'll just say, Peace ole hippie !

That's what they are call Avatars so we can use them., I tend to be very honest with my answers and some people in here might not like what i wrote, A few times i have provide very detailed answers that anyone can identify me. I'm not with them or in their head to know what they are thinking or what are their intentions. If they see my photo, and they happen to be from the same city, because we don't know who's here and who's not, i could become an easy target. I rather prevent that. I don't have to call myself "handsomest guy" when I'm not {wink} I AM handsome. You in the other hand are not a Brad Pitt, sir. but you seem to be satisfied with yourself.

I don't hide behind an Avatar pic but it does leave you open for judgment from others i have seen a lot of nasty questions asking why so many ugly people post there pics on here and i agree with you that we may not all be the best looking but at least we are not false advertising we are who we are....

Some people do not feel comfortable putting a picture of themselves on the internet for a couple of reasons: 1. They don't want people to know what they look like for privacy purposes, 2. They don't want people to know what they look like (ugly maybe), or 3.They are too lazy to upload a picture.

Me, I'm an old guy and these kids don't care anything about looking at old guys. My avatar is a picture of the plane I flew when I was a dashing young fighter pilot. Ya know, about 300 years ago.

I had a pic up on my page once, and I got too many responses. I am attractive but i don't agree with sporting a pic to get a date off the internet. Do you have an issue with God, are you into devilish religion.
