Right now, the world is waiting to see the influence of China on North Korea's actions. For the first time, China is raising it's voice in a world issue (which means that the issue is really very serious) and appealing to N.K. to stop it's missile launching/testing. The rest of the world is holding it's breath to see the outcome (whether or not N.K. will listen to China). So at this point, we really don't know. If N.K. listens to China, then there may be no need of a war. If it doesn't, then it's dead meat. Because if China declares war, what nation can stand against it? With that big a population, that great an army? Plus, the U.S. will come in along with Japan.

I sure as hell hope so! It's about time we stopped playing games with these sleazy murderers and started whipping tails! To hell with what the UN thinks. Look at what they've done everywhere they've gone. East Timor, Haiti, Bosnia, Somalia, central Africa more times than I can count. All of those places are either still at war, or will be as soon as those pathetic blue helmets roll out of the way. Not to mention the fact that, at least officially, Korea and Vietnam and Iraq (Gulf War) were all UN operations. Look how well THAT turned out!

If Kim Jong does not stop fireing the missles, and refuses to listen to the U.N. Then every nation in the U.N. could declare war on North Korea.

IN the most technically way, No. war has not been decalred in a hwile and will not. America has only declared war 5 times. odd if you think about it. But there may be some militray action

No need; he's a 2 bit dictator who can be waited out until he dies. His "long range" missile couldn't make it off the launch pad and while he may have nukes we can simply engage in a MAD deterrence that worked with Russia.
The US will not declare ware on NK because there is no threat and nothing to be gained. We will ask China to reel in their pesky clone and let it be at that.

Actually, the the US and NK are technically still at war from the 1950's. It never ended.
