uk, u have to go thru website and make serious arrangements, but as in romania, just travell down there, apply for the school, do the interview and resume school. that will take max of 2 weeks.then u can get ur self sorted.
sweden, i guess u have to go to language school for one year then the school or do the website and thorough processes too.

Hi - have you thought about which University in the UK you would like to study at?
If so, then I suggest you visit there website and check out the Foreign Students Admissions procedures.
