First, it depends on your relationship status....meaning are you married....dating someone seriously....the relationship that you are in now makes a difference in how this question could be answered. I think that you cannot live without guilt unless you are honest....if this is a serious relationship then just know that it will be very troubled if you keep this to yourself....I believe that in order to move forward and not feel guilty you have to ask yourself why you had the fling? Do you really want to be in the relationship that you are in? Generally we are not satisfied in our current relationship if we have a fling...I speak from personal experience...and chances are that you will feel guilty but also seek a fling again if your current relationship is not satisfying you....so good luck and I hope that you find peace inside...I have been there.

what fling did you have and what went wrong to have the guilt?
both went in and did it and both know well. still feeling the guilt? dont repeat it ever and forever!
guilt is just emotional, hurt is physical and hard to rid for it shows.
whatever done is done and cant be undone. leave it as it is for you 2 asked for it!
think about the lesson learnt you do it again?

I have to ask, why would you have a fling as you call it. Moment of weakness. Good excuse. I have a real problem when people cheat on one another. It was done to me and when I found out I hated him for it. The trust is gone, forever. People may stay together after something like that and they may forgive, but they never forget.

this method is easy. U can ask my wife. She had 3 flings and she did not even feel any guilt at all.
