Sometimes when I'm feeling like that it's because I'm trying to hard or trying to force things. I read somewhere a long time ago that when we don't know what we should be doing, when the way isn't clear, we should do nothing, because the angels haven't yet prepared the way for us. I've also heard, If you think you can or think you can't you're right! I think Henry Ford said that. Plug away, kiddo. Keep on keepin' on like the rest of us. This too shall pass.

I believe we have all felt that way during at least one point in life. It helps to think about the successes you have experienced in life, and the good that comes from things you do well. Slow down and be precise... take your time... be purposeful... do something you enjoy, and do it better that you have ever done it. Small steps towards any goal will get you closer to the goal. It is human nature to persevere... to not give up. Trial and error keep me going on many things. Life is a puzzle that has many more than just a few solutions, so work on them, and if one doesn't seem to be working... try another. Sometimes getting advice from someone who has already set up the dominoes id a good start. You are on the right track here my friend, just by asking. You find that it is commonplace for us all to have those feelings. Keep asking and we will answer to the best of our abilities. You have a group of friends who can help you, so use this group and ask away. Some answers will be completely off the mark, but there will be a few that may be exactly what you are looking for.

Boy do I ever however, the one thing that keeps me going is the fact that if I ever did do something to give up that's exactly how I'd appear to those I left behind--a quitter or a loser, and I refuse to let the odds stacked against me on any given day win. There are times that I am so stressed with bills, life, and money problems until I don't even want to get up in the mornings. Just when I feel like I can't take another min. of it someone else's problems are revealed to me and I realize truly just how blessed I really am, and then all of a sudden my problems seem small. Remember....Winners do what they have to, and losers do what they want to.....You sound like a winner who knows truly that when the going gets tough; the tough get going.....Don't give up!!!...

I think we all experience peaks and valleys at various times in our life time. If you are experiencing many more valleys or low points in our life then you may feel like giving up and you reach out to friends or strangers or we look for ways to pick ourselves up possibly even seeking out counseling for depression...
When I am down I take a deep breath, relax and try to clear my mind... This seems to work for me as I do not stay down for long.

Your dominoes shouldn't be focused on material stuff. Your dominoes should be standing up to benefit you, and if you like, ur surroundings. And if they happen to fall, that just means your making another great step. And what's a great step? Making a mistake and continuing on.

I feel the same. The only thing I do is ask myself... "what can i do to fix the situation... RIGHT NOW"? If the answer is nothing, I distract myself. If I can't be distracted, I write a game plan. If I can do something, do it!
There is no use fretting over something you dont have any control over

Every Morning before I get out of bed.
I keep going because the alternative would be death and I don't want that either.

Think about the outcome. It is so hard to set up the dominoes, but when the are all set up, they fill you with excitment. You finally get to watch your hard work at work.

I have felt this way most of my life. The reason I am still here is because my parents are still here and I couldn't imagine them dying so therefore I won't be going anytime soon.
