If this question is in regards to a laptop's keyboard, then I would suggest doing a yahoo (or your preferred search engine) search, listing your manufacturer in the question. Laptop keyboard keys won't just 'pop off' Learned that the hard way while cleaning a friend's stuck key. Took me forever to get it back on there ;)

Take it out and clean it.. Use something to pop it off the keyboard.. a small screw driver, and you want to pry it straight up... or use the sticky keys feature in the control pannel Accessibility options...

You can just pry it off with a butter knife or something until it pops off. Then just clean under it, there is probably something stuck under there. You can also try some canned air.
