What browser are you using? Most browsers have something in the "security" area.

In Internet Explorer you can go to "Tools", "Internet Options", click the "Security" tab, click "Restricted Sites", click the "Sites..." button and enter the web site you want blocked.

This will prevent any scripts, downloads, java etc. however straight HTML may still display.

Note that 'Tools, then Internet Options, then "Privacy" tab, then "Sites..."' will only block cookies from being used but wil not block anything else from the web site.

Go to internet properties frm Control Panel...
go to security tab.....Select restricted sites....Click on "sites" button...Add the site to be blocked...

Use firewall...download.com

yes you can by searching on a website like google for a website blocker it will show you many websites that you can download programs onto your computer so you can block them
