I bought candles off of Ebay. On May 20th my payment went through. How long does it normally take to recieve product? Becuase on June 15th I emailed the seller and she said the product was mailed on May 24. I still have not recieved nothing, and here it is already July 11th and I STILL HAVE NOT recieved the product. I 've emailed the seller 4 times since the first one I sent her and she has not responded. I assume I've been scammed. Or does it take a long time? Funny thing is, it shows her as being in Alberta, and that's where I am. Should I continue to email her?

I think you were Scammed cause by now you should of received your product it's to late to tell E-Bay normally within 10 days you put in a complaint then if you use paypal the seller has 10 days to reply if she doesn't paypal puts the money back in your account. All you can do now is leave Negative Feed Back.Or by some chance it could of got lost in the mail did you put insurance on it.you should buy your candles at walmart or some other place they are probably cheaper as well look into that.Good Luck

Yes, I would say that you should have recieved your candles by now. If you paid with Paypal, you should check with them about getting your money back. If you paid in other ways, it's going to be harder. You need to file with Ebay for a non-selling seller, and leave negative feedback. Have you looked at the sellers feedback to see if other people have had the same problem as you? Their failure to respond to your emails is not a good thing.

Sounds like you got burned by Ebay, happens to all of us! That sux, but don't let that ruin the Ebay experience. Not everyone is out to scam, just a few jerks.

I usually recieve stuff around 2 weeks, you've probably been scammed... I wouldn't know what to do besides to give negative feedback.

Get on the E-bay website and go to Community--then to help---find transactions it will take you to FAQ then from there you will be able to contact Ebay rep.

hope this helps:)
