What can I make from human urine?

How can I refine it to make Ammonia or other useful chemicals? Whate materials do I need?

I guess I meant Phosphorus. I knew it was some type of explosive chemical.

Collect 100 ml of human urine in a distillation flak. Add 5 ml 1N NaOH solution or 2 g NaOH pellets to it. Distil it, you will get ammonia gas. You compress it into ammonia solution. This can be used as nitrogenous fertiliser in the agricultural fields. But it is not cost effective, while the cheapest source of N, the urea is available in the market. You can apply human urine directly into the fields.

You could just *buy* ammonia. You'd probably have to learn what all the components of it are, then obtain organic chemistry equipment so you can distill the different compounds (since they all boil at diff. temps)... though some just can't be extracted from water that way, as they may boil with the water. But I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have the training. And I also wouldn't recommend trying to obtain pure water this way either.

Probably the most useful thing you can make out of it is fresh water by distillation or evaporation/condensation.

The solid constituents are mostly sodium chloride and organics from dead and sloughed off cells from the body.

If you want to isolate phosporous, you'd be better off looking at a soft drink (which contains phosphoric acid). The body doesn't excrete that much phosphorous in the urine.

Ok....

First, you need to take a hotplate, place a beaker ontop of the hotplate....make sure the beaker has a capacity of 100ml....fill it with 60ml of human urine using a siphon tube....bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes....turn off heat add 20 ml of water to the mixute....boil for 5 minutes until the 20 ml of water evaporates...scoop off any precipitate and the left over product should be completely natural unadulterated piss.

You could try the following:

If you have athlete's foot, you can pee on your feet to cure it

You can kill grass with it (weeds that you don't want around)

You can make some kind of hair dye out of it but I dunno how

You could set it out to attract flies, then kill the flies

You could, in fact, give it to someone as apple juice

If animals are getting into your stuff, spread it around your stuff to let the animals know you were there

You could flush it down the toilet and be a happier person

you can use it as a fertilizer but dilute it with water first before you water it into your plants. With ammonia, don't waste your time, there are available ammonias in the store.

Not sure! I heard someone somewhere made car fuel out of urin. I'm not sure thats a fact.

You can distill it and get phosphorous. You would need distillery equipment.
