I ride the baby rhino, but there is also a baby manatee that is very cute.
Also, what about brass rings? I've only ever been on one that's had that.

Other great merry-go-rounds? I saw a brilliant one in Avignon, France. It was two stories and very pretty. Plus, it was located near a little shop with the best sandwiches ever. They had the best bread, butter, and ham, and I don't even like ham. Anyway, back to the merry-go-round, it was right in the center of the walled city, right where no one would expect such a grand thing. So I had to take a picture.

There is a really beautiful one on the Mall in Washington DC near the Smithsonian Castle. It has a beautiful metallic dragon! I wish I could find a photo of it online, but I haven't yet. I really don't know if it had any brass rings, as I was seeing it all alone, walking home across the mall about 10 pm and I really didn't dare explore it to long or too closely. But if you ever get to DC, make sure you check out the carousel near the Capital!

There is a great old fashioned merry-go-round at Salem Willows, in Salem Massachusetts. It's all wooden and still uses the old belt driven system for power.
