It depends on the state you live in and you need to contact either an attorney or legal aid. Generally, you can receive a divorce on the grounds or irreconcilable differences and it is granted whether or not he is in agreement. If children are involved or if it is a community property state the courts will rule as to what the statutes will be and if alimony is in order. Good luck!

first really decide if this is what you really want, but it is cheaper to keep them depending on the property, any type of attsest that you have. but if you just can't take it anymore go to a good lawyer and and will give you all the help you'll need don't let outsider's tell you what to do because it's going to affect you and the other person, and beside they may give you the wrong answer. I say pray about it first let God give you the guidance you need to see this thing through. And may God be with you always.

you will need to seek legal advise as laws differ. Get a solicitor as all the legal jargon makes doing your own divorce quite hard, I got help from an on line company called Quickie Divorce, they are helpful and a lot cheaper than a solicitor.

First, try counseling, group therapy, and lots of prayer. Divorce is a last resort.

make sure it is the other persons fault that the relationship went bad. gather evidence to prove they did.and talk to a lawyer.
