i am scared for her .i just want to know if that is the best treatment to do first. she just found out

That is a good question. There are several different types of breast cancer and some are sensitive to chemo. Others are sensitive to radiation and others are only sensitive to both. It is important to follow what the doctor is suggesting.
If she just found out, get in touch with the Cancer Society. They have visitors that come and help your friend walk through where this is taking (her) Most of them have survived the kind of cancer your friend has had. It is a real great help to those who have cancer to know that they are not alone!

i had 4- rounds chemo then a masectomy then 4- more rounds chemo then 6 weeks radation,,,but they treat every person with breast cancer different when it comes to treatment.
