I've used BareMinerals for a couple of years. I have occasional acne and oily skin and it works great. I can only vouch for the basic set... the 10 piece collection.

Dermablend is a full coverage makeup originally created for scaring and birthmarks. However, it can look very heavy and cakey if you don't know how to apply it. Go to a counter and make sure the salesperson is trained in it. If applied correctly, you look flawless yet natural.
Or, if you choose a liquid foundation, don't ever ever use a sponge, it soaks up half your makeup and leaves streaks....either use your fingers or your best bet is to invest in a foundation brush...$30 - $50 but definitely worth the money. You use a lot less in foundation and get a full looking coverage with out spackling it on.
Good Luck

The best one I tried (and I tried a lot) is Clinique light coverage foundation. First scrub your face, clean it and tone it (what ever you use at the time) put some facial cream and then foundation (best applied with a sponge). After that on top of the foundation use Clinique concealer to cover dark circles, put it in the corner of your eyes and any blemishes. You do not want to use foundation to cover imperfections use it to give your skin even tone and glow, concealer is the one that does the job of cover up and it's always applied on top of foundation. If you do it like this every time you will have flawless look. PS good foundation does not clog the pores.

Mary Kay has excellent coverage with there foundation. They also have good concealer but I have found I don't need concealer with there foundation. Also they have an excellent choice of shades.

I use Mary Kay concealer for dark circles under my eyes. It lasts all day and is light weight enough that it doesn't look like it's caked on. HTH

I use bare minerals, I find that it improves the condition of your skin and gets rid of acne. It also doesn't look caked on, and is very light.
