Could I fall pregnant if I have had unprotected sex during my fertile week and ovulation but ive been on the pill for the last 2 years and this is my first month off it??

Yes. You can get pregnant even if you're on the pill! I know somebody who that happened to. You're always risking pregnancy whenever you have sex, only the chances are decreased if you're using steady birth control.

You could be. Take a test. I was on the pill for like 5 years and got preg 2 months after i came off. Good Luck!!!

yes, happened to me after being on the pill for 8 years and then got pregnant 3 weeks after going off.

well it usually takes about a month or more for the pill to no longer take effect but woman can get pregnant ON the pill also so i said yes you definately could. good luck

The same thing happened to me. When I went to the doctor she told me that after taking the pill for so long you are actually really really fertile after getting off of it. I was shocked I thought maybe it stayed in your system for awhile.

It doesn't matter how long you have been on the pill in the past, YES u can get pregnant by not taking even one pill.....

my boyfriends sister had been on the pill for several years and was on it when she got pregnant. so yeah whether your on it or not there is always the possibility of becoming pregnant.
